Online Henna Brow course

This Henna Brows Training Course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely and effectively deliver professional henna brow treatments. The course covers client consultation, health, safety and hygiene practices, contraindications, patch testing, brow assessment, henna product knowledge, colour selection, application techniques, brow shaping methods, and aftercare advice. On completion, learners will be able to perform henna brow treatments in accordance with industry standards and CPD accreditation requirements, achieving defined, long-lasting brow results while maintaining client safety and satisfaction.

Beauty Training – Online Course Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
All course bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Your place on the course is not secured until full payment has been received.

2. Platform Access (Kartra)
All students must allow 2–3 business days from the time of purchase to be enrolled and granted access to the online training platform (Kartra). It is the student’s responsibility to ensure correct contact details are provided at checkout.

3. No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, failure to log in, non-completion, or lack of engagement with the course material.

4. Course Access & Completion
Students are granted 6 months access to complete the course from the date of enrolment.
It is the student’s responsibility to complete all modules, assessments, and case studies within this time frame. Access may be revoked after 6 months, and additional access may be subject to a fee.

5. Resit Policy
Each student is entitled to one (1) free resit of the course assessments.
Any additional resits will incur a fee of £20 per resit.

6. Rescheduling / Extensions
Where applicable, students may request one extension or reschedule for assessments or practical submissions. Approval is at the discretion of the training provider.

7. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• Suitable internet access
• The required equipment and products (if applicable)
• The ability to complete theory and/or practical elements

8. Health & Safety
Students must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before carrying out practical elements. The training provider is not liable for any reactions where this information has not been disclosed.

9. Conduct & Professionalism
Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times, including in any online communication, submissions, or support groups. The training provider reserves the right to remove access without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

10. Course Changes by Provider
The training provider reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time without prior notice.

11. Certification
Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all required theory and practical assessments.

12. Liability
The training provider is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of techniques learned in this course.
